      Another attempt at Cap circumnavigation?

He had back surgery - his 2nd.  He's had recurrent back issues and had missed quite a bit of time because of it.  Don't see how dealing with an issue that severely impaired him is cap circumvention.

Reminds me of the time in 2011 when the Canucks' injuries (except Manny) all worked together like Tetris to get them through to the playoffs.

      The Canucks were innovators.

  2. Bank Robbery shootout in Victoria.  Apparently 5-6 officers hurt, 1 suspect dead and two in custody.  There was a video circulating on YouTube but has been removed.  Prayers for those injured officers and civilians.

Damn, hope the officers are ok. There's about 5 banks on that one block.

  3. As a recently retired Ultrasound tech, I’ve scanned thousands of kidneys for stones over my career.  I’ve always known Renal colic can be very painful, but until Thursday night when I was introduced personally to it, Holy mother ;) still working it’s way down the ureter.

I’ve scanned many women over that career and 90% told me they would rather have another baby than another kidney stone.  Who knows, maybe it’s the prize at the end of labour ;)

You need to pound back some Fiuggi Water which will basically dissolve the stones.  Drink enough of it and the pain should resolve within a couple of weeks.  You can purchase Fiuggi Water on Amazon.  I had 5 stones and drank 24 bottles of Fiuggi Water in a period of 2-3 weeks and all of the stones disappeared.

Why is it then that gas prices have not plummeted,it's that good old GREED factor of course.

When the big energy companies were raking in billions did they spread the wealth to the workers, did they put some away for a rainy day like we are supposed to on stagnate wages of course not they gave the executives and shareholders the cream and left everyone else to fend for themselves.

Time for a change away from planet killing fossil fuels.

I know it creates jobs but at what cost to future generations.

We haven't even began to tap Hydrogen for fuel and for aircraft. Let alone Algae fuel. Investment and innovation is needed. Algae fuel they know how to make it. They just can't upscale it, and create it at a cost effective price.

The plus side is Algae absorbs CO2. So growing it helps to make it carbon neutral.

There's no one solution. There's just a mix of solutions.

  6. Anyone else use iPad for browsing CDC?  Upload maximums are really low, like 0.4 mb.  ‘
    This is fairly recent

  7. Upload maximums on iPad?

  8. Another equipment allergy brewing?  Seabrook undergoing more “medical testing” and might be out long term

Why is it so hard for people to accept that Hossa has a legitimate allergy issue? These conspiracy theories are bunk. The NHL has no interest in secretly screwing any team. While the Luongo cap recapture penalty is grossly unfair, you gotta play the ball where it lays. And for the record, Seabrook is undergoing surgeries on his shoulder and BOTH hips. Pretty hard to fake that.

Ok then Eriksson has to develop a helmet allergy.

They say he “needs” three surgeries even though he’s been perfectly healthy all season and has been a healthy scratch the last four games lol. Yeah. Ok.

  9. Dale Hawerchuk fighting stomach cancer.  Good luck to a HOF with your battle. Sounds like it was caught relatively early.
