      Wish they got rid of the jerseys... at least they're trying something new with the events but those threads this year are just putrid.

      Put in a 4-5 day break and dump the ASG.

      I agree....after Christmas things start to heat up toward the stretch and the ASG can break any rhythm or momentum a team may have going.

      Also...as much as I love playoff hockey, I'm conflicted come June when the sun's out.  If the Canucks are in it's a no brainer but I really feel the pull to get outside on my bike after work once it's nice out if the Canucks aren't in.  Which is sad, because I'm inclined to watch but it does drag on too long (when there are 7 game series) during nice evenings after long dark winters.
