Probably on a long weekend bender.

Years ago I had to take my our German Shepard to the vet to get put to sleep. He was in rough shape health wise and my Parents couldn't bring themselves to do it. My buddy and I loaded him into my Parents Cadillac and drove him to the vet. Once in the car it was like he knew. He had a calmness about him I hadn't seen in weeks. He was in constant pain. We drove him around town so he could hang his head out the window. Drove him through the McDonald's drive through to get him a cheese burger, he loved those. Even pulled forward to have them give him the burger. Took him down to the local pond so he could run around in the water one last time, he loved to run in the water until his arthritis got bad. He ran into the water seemingly painless. We eventually went to the vet and I took him into the room. He calmly laid down and put his head on my leg and went to sleep. The vet then did his thing. He was a smart dog, he knew his time was up and seemed thankful that I took him to the vet. Though right now I am watching my current dog chase his tail. When he catches it he then bites the crap out of it and rips out hair. He's special.

LOL! I've been a weed smoker for 20+ years. I take CBD for an old back injury. I take edibles to help me sleep. So save me the baseless assumptions crap. I understand fully. I also understand what ILLEGAL is. Not sure how many times these stories have to show up before idiots stop trying to cross the border with it. For all that I triggered with the stupid pothead comment. Go burn one, you all seem really high strung.

I really don't see why these types of stories keep making the news. Federal level, illegal. Nothing new. Further proof that pot heads are stupid?

Cody did a Q&A regarding AEW in Canada. His response: You’ll probably get that update in the next two weeks I’d say. Of course we’re not gonna leave our brothers and sisters of the North without their AEW. We have Kenny Omega. We have Chris Jericho. AEW will definitely be on in Canada. YAY!

Play an NFL pre season game in Winnipeg they said... it will be a success they said... LOL! What a joke! Did they not realize long ago about the goal posts potentially being an issue with the field? Or even that no one would be interested seeing these 2 teams play with the ticket prices? The place is just dead. The only possible way I could see another NFL preseason game being a potential success would be to play the Seahawks at BC Place. Even then, tickets would have to be cheap.

When it comes to the flags, yeah questionable timing with both calls and none calls. Though that's pro sports for you these days. Doesn't matter the team, doesn't matter the league, the refs feel the need to be able and control the outcome. One of the reasons I'm not a fan of any pro sports like I used to be.

Hardly wow. Canucks are playing in Victoria. Many in Victoria can't afford to go to the mainland to see a game so it makes sense to sellout. In contrast, the exhibition game in Abbotsford against Ottawa went on sale yesterday I believe. Presale 5 days ago or so. Still tonnes of tickets left.

Went to Zombie / Manson last night. Each basically did a 1 hour set. Overall it was an OK concert, but I've seen both Manson and Zombie have better shows. Palaye Royale was the opener. Really impressed with their music.

It really is. As Randal said, this job would be great if it wasn't for the f'ing customers.

Watched that disaster from the stands last night. Only bright spot was watching the 2 kick returns for touchdowns from the end zone seats I had. Was given free tickets from a customer and I still want a refund from the Lions, LOL!

Saw Paul McCartney for the 4th time just over a week ago. Hell of a show. He can still deliver. Nothing will beat the Safeco show though with the "Nirvana reunion" of sorts. Last night saw Brit Bloyd. HOLY F!!! If you are a Pink Floyd fan this is a must see. The sound, the light show, the stage show. Well worth the money.

Not sure if anyone here went to ECCW BB12 but the Pillman jr. vs Sullivan match was a complete train wreck.

It is. Currently though, I'd rather watch paint dry than the Lions play live.

Will be interesting to see how many fans show up tomorrow night. I'd put attendance around the 14,000 mark.
