  1. Honestly you are better off just quitting the gym all together then. If you cant find the motivation, just quit. I bet your sister weighs as much as you. You are burning extra calories in the gym from any lifting that you honestly cant afford given your lack of eating. May as well sit around all day and it be better for you. I honestly don't understand what your goals are with the strength training your doing, because you wont get results the way your at it, and as you've seen you've gone the opposite way. Count your calories for sure, you need to since you don't know how much you are eating. It's 10 seconds - a minute to record a whole damn meal. Change your habits around or I suggest just quitting. Everything is only up to you, what you do doesn't affect me, just trying to help.
  2. Count your calories! cant stress that more than anything else. Whats your goal weight? I'd think if you were happy at 160, 165-170 lean would be great. The results alone will be all the motivation you need! Good luck!
  3. 115?:/ How often have you been going to the gym? And most importantly what the heck do you eat because that is honestly shocking. I doubt I could ever lose 10 pounds even if I ate 1000 calories. Do you do Cardio? Cut it out of your workout. Track your calories or you'll never grow.
  4. I had some problems with my shoulder earlier this year when I started doing shoulders. It would constantly make a cracking sound and I'd feel a pop like how sometimes peoples knees make cracking sounds. Anyways long story short I wasn't going to risk it and keep lifting when I couldn't move my shoulders without hearing the cracks along with slight pain so I started working out other muscles for a bit and not shoulders. However I eventually said just sit out a week and let it heal and be back to doing everything because other exercises will indirectly hit shoulders. And after a few days/a week it was good as new, never had the problem ever again even though I'm back to lifting heavy. Rest it, don't risk it. Go to a doctors if you don't feel any improvements soon or wont hurt to tomorrow since your problem seems different than mine. But I doubt its anything to be worried about!

  9. My backs (lats) gotten bigger (wider) and it just feels weird O_O I feel some what less flexible with my arms. Edit: just compared pictures and wow huge gains in 20 days O_O And etsen I use bio oil and am going to pick up palmers cocoa butter tomorrow, no idea if they will work for me but Ive heard good things.
  10. 2% milk. As far as feeling blosted, the first couple of times I drank 3 or 4 glasses I did feel bloated, but you slowly get used to it and add on another glass each day. Milk 2 Go is just loaded with sugars, you can sometimes feel and taste the undisolved sugar in your mouth!
  11. 1500!? Come on! Thats less than someone who's cutting:P Start using a calorie counter app, myfitnesspal is my recommendation, keeping track is a must because you will have no idea if your over or under unless you count! You may think you have enough but will realize your way off. As far as jumping from 1500 to 3000? Nope it'll take you a few days or a week or so to adjust. I'd endorse milk if I could! Quick calories and PROTEIN! I'm up to 7-10 glasses a day usually. You gotta ease into it, but after a week, all that milk will feel like nothing. Spread it out, one glass every so often, every meal must include milk! 8 cups = 1040 calories, 72g of protein. Of course you may have alternative ways of getting your calories besides milk but its one of my favourites, I assure you you'll start loving the taste. And as far as your cousin, anything work for him?
  12. Stretch marks are pissing me off keep on getting them more and more. Using bio oil right now but ehh... Anything work for you guys? I've put on about 15-20 pounds on in 10 months (I don't know for sure, my home scale says one thing and the one at the gym another, but of course those are at different times, day or evening.) Anyways yeah 15-20 pounds which I'd like to say is lean muscle for the most part as I don't see any fat increases anywhere. Arms have doubled at least but ehhh its really starting to get to me and annoy me:/ I know I've asked about this before in this thread but I'm asking again since it bugs me every day looking at it.

  15. I don't do the whole cut and bulk. I'm just going slow and steady, seen huge gains too (newbie gains perhaps?) But hey I just eat what I want when I want and not care about eating a bunch of junk from day to day as someone on a cut would, and if I gain some weight, cool that's what I'm looking to do, but I'd rather do it the slow and easier way (imo). But hey doesn't work for everyone I guess.
  16. No idea how these feel but I'd assume they feel the closet to being barefoot. Seen them at Sportchek for about $60-70.
  17. Any muscle is my favourite<3 But I tend to do legs the least/skip it as I have to schedule it so soreness doesn't affect the days I have sports. But oh well I got pretty big legs all around from sports.
  18. Download myfitnesspal app or use it online and track your calories! Very important! As far as motivation, thats up to you, you have to be motivated or nothing will happen. Do you want to see change? Well you'll have to work for it. Along the way when you do see change, that will help motivate you. Bodybuilding.com has a lot of workouts for various goals, check it out.

      The draft had a lot of potential moving parts. Look for Tanev and Lappy to get signed around 1.5M soon. MG locked up our extra forward/goon first b/c it's an easy signing.

  24. My gym is too small to find an area not being used:P But thats not an issue. Well it only adds up to about a minute of rest because he does go right after I get up off the bench. The only time its longer is the bench press as we have to change the weight, so 2 minutes on that. But thanks!
