    This could be a steal of a deal for us.

    Well seems like Myers won't be paid early but next time a bonus comes into a contract the words must give include " can be paid early if team is willing ' so this won't happen again. I think Myers play this year will be better.How much not sure.It may stay the same. If Myers wants another contract he will need to do better.That us the only reason I would keep him. Plus TDL if his play improves we should get a decent return.

    Well if we can pay the bonus now and retain part of the cap only then Myers should be really easy move. Or pay it then trade him to a team that needs cap space add say Hogs and get their best RHD.

    Can't trade players on injury reserve which poolman is.

    Myers is in a contract year so he might play better then usual half the games and if so would work for us.

    If only we had cap space or a trade or two we could grab him.

    I just do not want us to give away 1sr ever. We are still not a contender so 1st rounders we need to keep until we can get a trade to put us over the top. So far we are years away from that.
