  1. I like the deal but we have too much money coming back... We must try and get young RD under 25 and Schneider is top of list... We would then have to move Boeser if we made trade with Carolina..
  2. Myers plays big minutes every night against other teams top players..Sure he can make mistakes but he should get more credit.... Would be a big hole in the lineup if Myers is injured... Myers is Ct -- B player this season.. His salary is high but the summer when he was a UFA teams were lined up... 5 million would of been a good deal but its 6 million ..
  3. Yes both Miller and Horvat can negotiate extension this summer...
  4. NYR do have lots of prospects under 24 years old...We really need the young RD man with some size and skill.. So Schneider 20, 6'2 205, RD is are most needed player..The other players in deal with Ranger are more flexible .. Chytil 23, 6'3, 215 -3rd line centre-- Barron 22, 6'4, 220, C/W-- 1st rounder.... 2nd deal-- Schneider 20 ,6'2 RD ----Kravtsov 22, 6'3, 195 - LW --- 2nd rounder 2022--- 4th rounder 2023 NYR -- Miller 28 -6'1, 215 - C//W --- Motte 26 --W----- Highmore 24 - W
  5. I would want Schneider 20, RD, 6'2 main player, Kravtsov 20, 6'2, 1st rounder, Barron 23 NYR-- Miller -- Motte-- 4th rounder 2023
  6. Montreal should of went after Dube or Valimaki, along with 2nd, Heinenman 20, ((Pitlick 30 trade again soon..
  7. OMG TRADE IS DONE..MONT--1ST RD. 5TH RD, PITLICK, HEINEMAN---- Taffoli-- 30 G guy in Calgary... Mont- should of went after Dube..
  8. OMG, big difference from women hockey to the AHL, speed of game, the shots? I bet most major Jr teams would beat the women Olympic team.. The pace, rushing to net super quick releases ... Big big difference. A 6'0 goalie is small very few make it...Most goalies are between 6'2 -- 6'4 and super skilled athletes..
  9. Yeah I don't think Washington have the prospect Vancouver will want... So Washington will be out and Vancouver don't want to retain salary....
  10. Trading Miller is key to future? So return has to be very good.... Colorado, NYR, NYI, NJ Devils all will be interested...NYR should be the front runner on this big 6'1, 218 LBS, C/W. Perfect player for tough playoff series and 1yr left at 5.3 million..So Miller will give his new team 2 playoffs run on this contract... I think Vancouver is going to get the big offer 8-10 days before trade deadline from NYR...
  11. Would have to get some very good players back?Don't think Washington have the prospect to trade back like NYR, LA, NYI, NJ devils.. When you retain 50% other team has to really sweeten deal.... Both NYI and NYR have the young big RD man ...NYR -Schneider 20, 6'2, RD---- NYI - Dobson 22, 6'4 RD..
  12. Yes I like your deal but we really need a young RD man under 25 that can be # 2 or #3 D man for years.... I would rather have Schneider 20, 6'2 RD NYR Dobson 22, 6'4 RD... Boeser for either of these guys....
  13. I think NYI would want a younger winger that can score 25-30 goals? Playing with talented Barzal Boeser would score 35 goals.. NYI should be all over the trade.... Dobson 22, 6'4, 200lbs We don't want Palmeri 31 with 3yrs left at 5 million....Vancouver want to free up cap space not add..... Proven young forward Boeser ---- Dobson RD man big bonus-- RFA this summer will demand 2 yrs X 2.8 million show me more deal.. I would make this trade we need a young RD man under 25....Dobson future #2 or #3 ,,,
  14. Boeser 25 soon will sign 5 yrs deal with average cap hit between 6.3--6.7 million
  15. Rasmussen 23, 6'6 , 4th liner has never scored more then 8 goals -- Newpower 24, 6'2 D-- AHL ---- 2nd rounder Never trade Boeser and Motte for this? Serious Boeser is a 25-30 goal scorer - 56--65 points Motte and Poolman - Rasmussen---- Newpower, 24 is AHL player now... NJ trade moving small Canuck players size, point totals are similar... Not sure how fast NJ players are.... Maybe Garland 26, 5'9 --NJ---- Zacha, 25, 6'3 --- point totals similar....
  16. Zacha will get more then Pearson.. Look at this year and previous 2 season very similar to Garland with points.. Zacha 25, 6'3 - 4 yrs X 3.9 -- 4.5 million
  17. Yeah it would be trade Zacha 25, 6'3 -- GP 50 - ( 17 G )last season-- Garland 26, 5'10.. I would make the trade bigger body- Basic same point totals in last 3 seasons...Zacha RFA this summer will demand 4.5 -- 4.9 million
  18. 3rd pairing- Schenn and Rathbone next season...#7 Juulsen 6'2, 24, 205 --- #8 Burroughs 26- 6'0 195-
  19. Any deal with Rangers only starts with Schneider, 20, 6'2, 210, RD -- We don't want Lundkqvist, 21, 5'11... We already have 2 small D man, Hughes 5'10, Rathbone 5'11 Van-- Schneider 20, 6'2 RD--- Chytil, 23, 6'3, C, - Barron 22, 6'4 -- 2nd rounder 2022 NYR-- Miller 6'1 -- Motte 26 , 5'10, UFA
  20. Colorado might make a big offer for Miller with Kadri 32, UFA this summer? Colorado have some great prospects. Byron 20, D, Newhook 21,C, Barron 20, D...Byron might be untouchable.. Really like Newhook,5'11, C, Barron,20, 6'2, D, Kaut, 22, 6'2 RW and 2nd rounder 2023
  21. I agree and ever team have toughness and grit..We are not saying Gadjovich Or MacEwen are game changers but they make room for the more skilled players and other teams can't have guys running around taking cheap shots on our skilled players... You don't want Miller, Horvat, fighting... Islander and most teams have a couple guys like Gadjovich..
  22. I still am disappointed Benning and group never kept one of Gadjovich 23, 6'2, 210 or MacEwen 25, 6'3, 205.. We miss big power forward who can drop gloves and protect teammates if need be.. Big Schenn 6'2, 220 does a great job..Really like how Schenn looks after his teammates.. Gadjovich is looking after his Shark teammates..
  23. If we trade will Colorado then Newhook 21, 5'11, C is #1 player coming back
  24. Well if we trade Miller we are in the drivers seat? Miller is signed for another year at 5.3 million..We are not trading Demko, Hughes, Pettersson, Horvat. Miller is the best trading chip and we hold out for best deal..I would not be trading with NYR if Schneider is not the #1 player coming back.. If your retaining 50% of salary then Rangers have to sweeten deal more.. Canucks will not want to retain salary then want to open up salary.. NYR-- Miller 28, 6'1, 215 -C/W power forward 25 G - PTS 60-68----- Motte 26-W -Not retaining salary.. Vancouver -- Schneider 20 -6'2, 205 RD - Chytil 23, 6'3 C -- Barron 23-6'4 -LW--- Late 2nd rounder We don't want another smaller D man in Lundkvist 5'11...Already have Hughes 5'10 --- Rathbone 5'11
  25. Vegas will be adding pick or good prospect to take Smith and the cap hit away...
