  1. Your right of course, Baughmgartner was a star D man in Kamloops and Renney was the coach... Now I understand how he got this opportunity .. So many great coaches with proven records in WHL or OHL to pick from...Baumgartner has no coaching experience but has connection with Renney so so wrong...Should be one of the top coaches in WHL or OHL, QJHL, to coach..Reward for being a good coach....
  2. Just being honest there are lots of better choice coaches from WHL or OHL leagues with proven coaching records...Serious come on he should be starting in BCJHL or WHL as coach first... See how good he is with a average team?
  3. He must be related to Tom Renney head of hockey Canada?
  4. Rathbone 22, 5'11, has elite skating and very offensive minded..This skilled D man will be on the Canucks next year with his pure talent.. Lockwood 23, 5'11, Great skater with speed with gritty side, solid bottom 6 guy on cheap contract every team needs with cap world.. Both of these guys will fit in great next year...
  5. Same manager with Abbotsford as Utica...Rathbone and Lockwood are NHL players..No questions...
  6. Miller is only Canuck the NYR would be interested in...Copps might turn out big for NYR..They might not be interested in Miller.. Lets hope NYR get knocked out quick and Miller will be that missing power forward for next years... LA need a Miller 6'1, 215 Lbs for playoff next year.. If LA had Miller they would be a lock for playoff now.. SO I see NYR and LA Kings in trade talks.. Return should be big for Canucks.. LA-- Faber 20 ,RD, 6'1 -- Valardi, 22, 6'3, C --Lemieux, 26, 6'2, 212 ,W --- 2nd rounder 2022 NYR- Lundqvist, 21 RD, 5'11 -Chytil, 22, 6'3, C--Robertson 21, LD, 6'4 --- (( Kravstov 22, 6'2 -W-- Added this player as Rangers don't have many draft picks ))
  7. I don't want players over 28 for Boeser...Younger player especially with LA Kings loaded with players under 24.. Boeser 25 , 6'1 -- G-23--29 -- PTS 50--62. -- Hoglander 21, 5'9 Faber 20, RD, 6'1 -- Vilardi 22, 6'3 C -- Lemieux 6'1, 26 ---2nd rounder 2022 --
  8. We all forget about Brady Keeper 25,RD 6'2, 200 lbs, plays with grit and toughness that we never got to see when he broke his leg in training camp.. He was having a great camp last year before injury..Hope he comes back strong next year...
  9. I see Podkolzin 20, 6'1, 205 being a 22-25 G--- 55 -60 point guy by age 23...Big, strong plays with edge 200 foot game and he will get bigger maybe play at 210lbs..
  10. I like Miller trade --- also trade Boeser but keep Garland he will put up points playing more quality minutes 25 G - 55 points decent contract.. Horvat- 6.4 M X 6 yrs Miller - Trade - Good package Boeser -Trade - RD Garland -- Keep need a veteran winger 25 G guy will quality mins Pearson -- Solid 200 foot guy trade if you get younger faster forward that can play in top 9 Lockwood - 1 way contract - 2 yrs X 850,000-- Show me more deal Rathbone - 2 way contract 350,00 AHL X 2 yrs show me more 925,000 NHL Lammiko -- 1.1 million X 2 yrs Juulson 25 6'2 RD --- 330,000 AHL-- 750,000 NHL. contract Hunt 33 LD 5'9 -- Move on we need to fill with younger player to develop there -- Rathbone--Burroughs - Juulson will fill the #6 or 7 spot.. Chiasson - 750,000 X 1 yrs - so so slow but a big body ? last minute signing maybe ? Richardson 37 ? Maybe decide in August Dickinson-- Try and move by retaining some of the 2.6 million -- retain 500,000..If not he could have a bounce back year..
  11. Yes I would trade Hoglander 21, 5'9"winger for Glass 6'3 C..Young centre have better trade value and Glass has not reached his peak.. Glass 23, 6'3 -210 lbs, C - I could see solid #2 or #3 centre..I would be making a trade with Nashville on this player.. Milwaukee -AHL 2021-22 -GP - 63 - G 14 -- PTS 58 Hoglander 21, 5'9 and - 4th RD 2023 ---- Glass, 23, 6'3, 206 lbs. - C
  12. Yes yes that would be a great pick up size, 6'4 W/C gritty type of guy we need..
  13. Well its going to be a exciting off season.. Alvin and group will be making cap room, trading for young RD for long future, adding speed.. I can see management signing some players with upside for cheap contracts..There will be more speed.. We need a few physical players that can play in bottom 6.. There are some big teams and they play physical with us we need push back,,,,Really Schenn is the only guy... Miller, Horvát you don't want fighting...Boeser, Garland, Hoglander ,Petey, Highmore and rest of forward group are soft and not gritty... Lammiko, Podkolzin are big bodies but not physical..
  14. Miller trade will bring back a good package from a team like LA Kings or NYR.. Boeser trade will be say young high RD prospect under and draft pick 3rd rounder
  15. I agree with Miller trade but Garland never gets quality playing time like Boeser.. I think Garland can produce same points and goals as Boeser with a better contract. Garland 5 yrs X 4.9--- Boesers new contract 4 X 6.3 avv I am thinking....
  16. I really do Alvin and new management group will make the trade for the young RD man under 24 that can play 19 mins next year.... I really think Patrick Alvin will address the cap issue and make the Miller and Boeser trade this off season.. We will have more prospects under 23 and a brighter future with cap flexibility ..
  17. No we don't have and good young prospects at centre. We do have Jasek 23, 6'1 and Karlsson 22, 6'1 but these guys are not high on depth chart.. We need RD prospect that can play top 4 under 24 years old and centre prospects..Thats why Miller trade is so important.. We don't want Miller 30 next summer and a 6 year X 8.2 million Dollar contract..
  18. Yes yes trade Miller the young prospects we will get back will set up the future runs.....Young RD man under 23, top 9 prospect under 24, draft picks..The NYR and LA Kings have lots of prospects... Example - LA---Faber RD, 6'1, 20 --- Valardi 22, 6'3 -C-- Grans, D man , 6'3, 20 --- 1st rounder-- 3rd rounder 2024 Miler -- 3rd---2023 NYR-- Lundqvist, RD, 5'11--21, Chytil,6'3, 23, C---Robertson 20, 6'4 LD -- Kravtsov, 22, 6'3-LW ---NYR don't have high picks so added Kravtsov We Need to trade Miller as the return of prospect will be great and we DOn't want to sign a 30 yr old next summer to a 6 year X 8.2 million dollar contract.. We are not ready to compete with Colorado, Calgary, Minnesoda, Oilers, Blues... We want to have decent gap room to make more great deals..
  19. We would be crazy to sign Latang 35 yrs old April 27th..We are not ready to compete with Colorado, Calgary, Edmonton, Minnesoda, Blues.. We are already up against cap.. We need to trade Miller for big return and stay away from his 8.5 million X 6 yrs deal he will want.. We need young RD man under 23 and a few good prospect , draft pick... No signing old players to ridiculous contract just crazy...
  20. I agree Byram only 21 with serious concussion issues it would be risky to have this player in a trade package... I like LA and NYR prospect pool the best...LA also have lots of draft picks to trade along with prospect...Colorado and NYR don't have many picks in 2022 ..
  21. I agree Horvat is a very good #2 C should score 25-30 G--56-61 points plays a solid 200 foot game very strong, 6'0, 218 lbs need to sign Horvat 26 years old to long term contract...Say 6 yrs X avv 6.3 million-- Horvats contract expires summer 2023
  22. I agree with your post the NYR and LA kings are loaded with young prospects under 24 years old.. I think Miller would be a great player for LA, NYR, Colorado for strong playoff run for new 2-3 years...Rangers should of pushed chips in this playoff year with Miller and offered Vancouver a good trade package.. Colorado will miss Kadri next season? Big hole in lineup and Miller would fit perfect for another cup run....Byran and Newhook LA-- Faber 21,6'1 RD. or Clarke 19 RD 6'2 )) Vilardi 22, 6'3 C -- Lemieux 6'2, 220, 2nd rounder 2022 NYR - Schneider 20, 6'2 RD or Lundqvist 22,5'11 RD )) Kravtsov 22, 6'2 - W --Chytil, 23, 6'2 C---Robertson 20, 6'4 -LD-- Added Kravtsov as NYR don't have many picks to trade until 2024... Need to trade Miller this summer and max out on trade return..Lets be realistic we can't compete with top teams in west, Colorado, Calgary, Wild, Nashville, Blues..Lets get tougher and faster and compete sooner then later..This Miller trade will make us a better team for years adding more young skilled players.. Don't want to sign a 30year old player to a big contract.-- 8.4 million X 6 or 7 years. BIG BIG NO..... Need to have cap room for next few years...
  23. Must trade Miller 29 years old and next summer his contract will be up..Miller will demand 8.3 million X 6 -7 yrs.. No way do we want to get locked into another big contract with 30 year old.. Return for Miller will be high.. Must make this trade...Young RD and 3 prospects...
  24. I agree we get a big return for Miller and we don't have to sign him to his big contract at 30 years old 6 yrs X 8.4 million.. Return back should be very good.. Example NYR-- (Schneider RD, 21, 6'2 or Lundqvist 5'11-RD, 22 ) ----Chytil 6'3, 23 -C - Robertson 21, LD, 6'4-- 2nd round 2023 Colorado --Byram 6'0 D -- Newhook 22, 5'11 C-- LA Kings -- Vilardi 6'3 - C---( Faber,20 RD 6'1 or Grans, RD, 6'3,) Lemieux 6'1, 26, 215- 2nd rounder 2022
  25. I agree with your post.. People that don't have a life writing writing stupid remarks.. Only a small percentage of clowns like this in life....
