    Mods need to invoke a rule where if you don't understand how probabilities work, you're not allowed to comment on the draft lottery. For reference:

      They need to adjust the odds. You shouldn't have a 52% change of getting 4th overall if you finish last.

      Maybe just have the draft lottery to the bottom 10 teams?

      Yes, dead last means the best odds.  It also means you probably have a lot of issues with the team that having a #1 pick alone won't solve.  Dead last isn't some enviable position.  Make smart moves with an eye for the future while being competitive as possible then let the lottery balls where they may.
