We have security officers in our hospitals who routinely assault psychiatric patients. Systematically, it's a way of criminalizing and punishing people without sending them through a judicial process; people do not get fairly heard and are at the mercy of what their 'doctors' choose to write about them. Their field is largely stupid if you actually do the reading and thinking.
