[Signing] Hurricanes sign Tony DeAngelo

would've been a better fit with the Oilers -
I would've picked NO. but I do believe it's ethical. It's just not a good choice of player to use one on.

Selling/Buying a used car to a dealership question
grumpyone replied to HockeyLover17's topic in Off-Topic General
from motortrend : This is an easy comparison to explain, so let's get the big stuff out of the way. The Honda Civic Type R is the best-driving front-drive performance car on sale in America. Period. The Hyundai Veloster N is the second-best-driving front-drive screamer you can buy. End of story. The issue is that, as tested, the Honda stickers for $7,255 more than the Hyundai. That's assuming, of course, you can find a Honda dealer that won't try to tack on an additional $8,000 to $15,000 "Market Adjustment" fee. Which you can't. At least not here in Southern California. There's no question that a better car is worth more money. But worth $7,000 to $22,000 more? -

and with the way the refs treat us today, we'd always have 3 guys in the penalty box. -

take your business elsewhere. I'd recommend either a different Honda dealer or just go to a different car brand. Personally, I'd recommend Hyundai. Their new 'n' line has some real hot cars/suvs. Plus Hyundai offers a standard 5 year warranty, not the measly 3 year of the other dealers. -
In my honest opinion, the problem is that they are not 'modern, culturally inclusive' . They are going to diversify, you know... get one of each colour and ethnicity and lgbtq. The current panel is too 'white' . And before you call me a racist, that's just the way the world is going these days, you must include a balance of everyone. I couldn't care less about what you look like or believe. I care about the QUALITY of work that you do.

Arizona added 3 players over the last 2 years, all on LTIR with no hope/desire to try to return to the ice. totalling over $20 million in cap hit.

[proposal/poll] Canucks - Predators

this looks like a draft floor type of deal. if the player that we REALLY want either isn't there @11 or we think we can get @ 15 then do it. -

since we're dreaming here... JT to Columbus for #3---- draft Carlsson Beauville + Meyers + #11 to Montreal for #5 ---- draft Michkov all our ltir's to Arizona for #12 ----draft Willander might need a little tweaking though -
hold off until we know exactly who is available at #11. if no one suits your fancy then pull off the deal.
