take your business elsewhere. I'd recommend either a different Honda dealer or just go to a different car brand. Personally, I'd recommend Hyundai. Their new 'n' line has some real hot cars/suvs. Plus Hyundai offers a standard 5 year warranty, not the measly 3 year of the other dealers.

In my honest opinion, the problem is that they are not 'modern, culturally inclusive' . They are going to diversify, you know... get one of each colour and ethnicity and lgbtq. The current panel is too 'white' . And before you call me a racist, that's just the way the world is going these days, you must include a balance of everyone. I couldn't care less about what you look like or believe. I care about the QUALITY of work that you do.
