  1. probably seeking Alex Tuch money. What a terrible signing Vegas did with that pick, my gosh. Not that hes a bad player but overpaid.
  2. never heard of this guy. also that third team is Boston, lol.
  3. same age as troy though, but for sure a much cheaper right handed shooter option. It probably be a 2 way deal and doing his brother a favor.
  4. Gotta be flipping kidding me.......
  5. &^@# benning! We are about to lose both toffoli and tanev because he burned all his cap room on crap players and now when we need to room to sign actual useful players top 6 forward and vet top 4 dman there is no room. Fire this clown today!
  6. you think we are the only team that thinks this? What makes you think he is interested in coming to the West coast?
  7. probably had to do with Kakko and their first this year as the main package with more to add to it.
  8. apparently Canucks and the Bruins are the only teams he's willing to waive for.
  9. he's not *great*. UFA signings such as Loui Erickksson, Michael Del Zaster, Sam Gagne at 3 million dollars per year, when infact they are worth 1/5th that, the gudbranson trade, trading a 2nd for Linden Vey, does not help with his cause, but to be fair too, Vanek for Motte, 1st rounder for MIller, Toffoli trade, Trading Gudbranson for pearson, and a good draft record in the end makes him an OK gm in my books. upgraded from terrible to good in my books.
  10. if he's available, no team is giving him a direct even trade, it's really not possible for Buffalo to receive what they think they want for him.
  11. the league he's in is on hold. no games played so far.
  12. that's interesting as they were never teammates in Vancouver.
  13. their not moving Carlo or McCavoy. It's Debrusk and or Byron Ritchie.
  14. finished 15th in norris voting also. To say he's not a top 2 dman these guys gonna have to kiss my ass for thinking that. Dude is almost a top 10 dman, and he played as a 20 year old.
  15. according to KHL fans, the leauge is aware of covid 19 among the other teams and players and have no intentions of letting it effect the season. r.i.p.
  16. i'm surprised as hell the game didn't get cancelled! WTF!!! It means Podkolzin was in contact with at least 10 players who are now sitting out because of "covid 19" he also had some sort of contact with the opposing team, wtf is the KHL doing! shut this thing down now! Their so called vaccine is obviously not working .
  17. as per Taj who is saying dhaliwal said this, Dhaliwal is the same guy who called the Rouselle, Ericcson, Beagle, Myers and Edler signings before they happened.
  18. their actually 2nd in their conference but 7th so far in the entire leauge, but yea, it's a stacked club. Ice time will be hard to come by.
  19. time for me to put in my 2 cent on this. first off, coming into this season, most of u knew Quinn Hughes might have his work cut out for him. Makar looked very good last year in the playoffs, and lets look at this. https://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/leagues/seasons/teams/0006902019.html Cale Makar will enter his rookie season with these players to work with. You guys can look at this for yourself. Now lets look at this. https://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/leagues/seasons/teams/0000392019.html This is what Quinn has to work with for his rookie season. AINEC. you guys can have pages open and just frickin compare it for yourself who has more to work with. It's frickin joke actually, I'm even going to say it's not even a leveled playing field right now, and how Makar does not even run away with Calder voting actually shows how good Quinn is, despite being on a much much much inferior team. In November I thought Makar should win it, production wise he is better, but this is how voting goes, since the media people in the East does not actually watch the Games the Canucks play or the Avalanche play, the best information they have to vote is probably just by pulling the stat sheet, and of course Makar is better. Why? Go back the first link I posted, this is what Cale Makar gets to work with, go the 2nd line I posted, that's Quinn Hughes gets to work with, once again, the theory that Makar has better players to work with, is legit. The media folks that gets to actually put in their votes didn't really put this into consideration , as Quinn Hughes literally had a lot less to work with case in point my 2nd link which outlined the Canucks top players. https://imgur.com/gallery/PLENiQe 3rd line. These are advanced states. Quinn Hughes destroys Makar in Advanced States. Once again you can look at this for yourself. Quinn Hughes actually had to play harder minutes, played a shut down role, played against other teams top players, and once again, his team does not have even have a point per game guy on his team, no literally, he didn't even have one, Makar has at least 2 hundred point players. Makar was also very sheltered it's really not even funny. My reasons for why I think Quinn Hughes should have won the Calder, is because he's made a bigger impact to our team, then Makar to the Avalanche, the most important thing was he had more points and that's about it. My reasons are stated in this post, I will only say this once, Reasons being, Hughes did more as a dman for his team then Makar did. Hughes played much harder minutes then Makar. Hughes also had an inferior roster to work with. He had frickin Nathan Mackinnon, nuff said. In my final opinon based on what I said Hughes is the better player, and one even more important thing, he is one damn year younger. anyways congrats to Makar on winning it, it was pretty close, I'm very proud of quinn to have made it close, as he should have ran away with it, seeing the players he had, Hughes exceeded my expectations, by far. Looking ahead, I am very excited to have Quinn Hughes.
  20. Aaron Ekblad has played 6 seasons in the NHL. He's played 5 full seasons and the last time he suffered a major injury was 3 seasons ago in a concussion. since then he's played 3 full seasons without injury or negative effects. STOP CALLING HIM INJURY PRONE.
  21. you mean that stupid idiot who thinks its a great idea to trade Debrusk for Boeser? these guys are just trolling.
  22. even on HFboards.com (Canucks) 86% favored Demko. Demko.
