    Someone on r/canucks is pretty adamant that Micheal Ferland will sign with the Canucks tomorrow. Won't waste a thread on this since that's the primary source and I'm not at all confident that this will actually happen, but the deal would be roughly 4x4:

      Benning's already said he's out on signing another top-6 forward... unless of course he sees him as a 3rd liner ;)
      4x4 is doable, and they'd have all summer to try to figure out a way to move Eriksson or otherwise free up more cap.  Ferk would look pretty decent with Horvat and Pearson, moar heaviness, but they need a playmaker there.
