    Gudbranson on the Power Play

     

    I personally would like to see Gudbranson out on the powerplay unloading that big shot. He is their fastest defenseman so why hasn’t he been given a shot there? In the skills competition the Canucks has last year he shot a 108 mile an hour shot. He looks great when he jumps into the play and has the speed to recover. 

     

    It is worth a shot!

      He has the shot, but I dont know if he has the vision and creativity to QB the powerplay as a dman. 

      Wouldn't be opposed to trying it out though.

      If Juolevi makes the team, maybe a Guddy and Juolevi/Stecher (QB) on the 2nd unit PP.

      I'd like to see him use that shot 5 on 5 more often, but I'm a no to using him on the PP.

      He hasnt really shown any playmaking ability and he's not a smooth stick handler.. 

       

      Maybe if he's used as a net front presence on occasion, like CHI used to use Buff.
