  1. Willie D has managed to do in 20 games what the rest of the league couldn't do for the past decade: shut down the Sedins.

Actually it's called age. It catches up with everyone. (Well almost, there's Jagr).

      Sedin's: 26 and 23 points.

      Iginla: 11 points

      Zetterberg: 28 points

      Rick Nash: 20 points

@Ghostsof1915 - you're not wrong, but that isn't the only reason for their poor performance. Botchford linked some stats that show the expected goals for % of every line that has been given a full game together this season. Out of the 9 are 4 different Sedin line combinations - all 4 of them are in the bottom 5. This isn't just a case of getting older - this season is putting the Torts season to shame. They're aren't playing well at all and in the last 10 games are producing less than our 2nd and 3rd lines (I blame Willie's decision to play Megna with them).

Willie needs to put the Sedins in a place to succeed if we're actually going to make the playoffs and putting Megna on their line is doing the opposite.

Split them up - They've always done well on seperate lines, and are nowhere near as predictable.
