Raleigh Carolina is a great city to live in hockey players love it there. Imo Vegas is the top destination for players. Low taxes and great city. That team will always be competing. They'll always have guys wanting to sign there.. In Canada particularly when team is not a legit Cup contender we will always have to over pay.

Weather is horrible during hockey season. Who wants to live in EDM CGY EPG OTT over California Carolina NY Florida etc. We attracted UFAs when we were winning in Vancouver. But when team is not that good it's hard attracting top end talent. Draft and trade is only way to build in Canada.

NHL policy was 10 days isolation. He broke that rule. Canada government policy is can't fly in if tested positive 15 days prior to entering Canada. He broke the 10 day isolation rule for sure. Not sure if allowed to drive into Canada within 15 days if testing positive. He definitely broke that rule too if he flew in. This guy is just stupid.
