    Anyone ever taken a one day Emergency First Aid and CPR-C certification course? What was it like?

       like 5 hrs ummm learn bout first aid situations  and cpr  its a bit intense and you ferget everything pretty much a few days but its good on a resume i have to see if i can renew it online

      Chicken.

      It's easy, usually 8 hours for the full course if the instructor goes the whole time. You learn the basics then simulate some basic first aid scenarios. Using acronyms I find helps to remember most things

      I took the CPR-C course in one day. It took 4.5 hours and we just practiced basic CPR and minor first aid situations.
