This was one game where I wanted a tie, as I had Belgium group winner and Italy second for my pool. But...ITALY! My heart is still with you....even though I really doubted this team before the tournament. Belgium....bit of a disappointment with all the hype they had. Hope they'll tidy up their play next game.

Good points. She has been frustrating to read from time to time, but at no point really unlikable. Just very bland compared to the other arcs.

As a personal preference, I actually don't mind ongoing details on every little thing like the snippet you posted. It helps me create the complete scene of where the character is and their surroundings. Like an imaginary pop-up book/3D virtual world. Now, I didn't watch the series, except an episode here and there when my BF was watching. (Reading the books, there are scenes I know I can't deal with visually. Does anyone have problems like that? Where you are fine with reading gruesome scenes and have no problem elaborately imagining how it goes down in your head according to the details in the writing, but can absolutely not stand to watch it re-enacted on the screen?) Anyways, what I wanted to say was, I never found Danaerys or her arc interesting. She was always the character I couldn't wait for her chapters to end. I don't know how different book Dany and show Dany is. But I always felt she knew nothing, yet felt entitled to the realm just because of her blood and heavily depended on the people that pretty much blindly follows her because "she's the mother of the dragons ". Feel like the line " You know nothing, Jon Snow" should be applied to Danys whenever she starts talking.

Such a sweetheart Kid has great character. Knows what to expect of himself next year, definitely sounds determined to improve. Can't wait to see how he does in his 2nd year at UND.

When will they get rid of that stupid 3 zone fare rule. Why is someone riding from Joyce to Metrotown paying the same as another person riding from Water front to New West/Richmond. Go with the distance fare that almost every 1st class city transit system uses.

Anyone know how long it usually takes for the NHL office to finalize/approve the signing?? Canucks probably waiting for NHL's head nod before announcing his arrival.

Only ended up going to Day 2 of Contact instead of both. Overall felt it was alright, not sure all ages events are for me anymore. Most likely will be the last event I go to in Vancouver. Unless someone nice comes of course.

Its nice to get rain again. But it will take more than a few days of rain to fill up the water reservoir. I also hope people will still be considerate with their water consumption even after the restrictions are lifted.

I personally like listening to recorded live sets than individual sound tracks. For going out all day, you can try live sets from DJs you like. They're great for road trips, 2 sets will get me from Van to Seattle. OT. I had a blast at EDC the past weekend, Armin was awesome as always. Thought Hardwell and Tiesto was sick too, they made us dance and sweat like crazy. After back to back from Hardwell and Armin, I was starving and needed rest, so I had to miss Dash Berlin/Blasterjaxx. Sad I missed out on Afrojack on the first night due to the stupid traffic jam heading there. Really tempted to see him out at surrey now.

People probably complain more because they end up standing there for who knows when, but in traffic jams, you're still nicely seated in your car. But who knows, people love complaining about everything.

yea it was quite a young crowd at hardwell's......i actually thought alot of ppl were damn rude this time. Pushing through you like they owned the place with not a single sorry/excuse me. Dressing like gangsters and what u usually find at a club. i saw a lot of girls with 5 inch stilettos and skin tight mini skirts. ppl at freaknight were alot nicer....=( looking forward to contact tho. oh and i adore dannic haha, loved everyone singing happy birthday to him near the end

yea i thought it was a prank at first when my friends told me day 2 was cancelled..... pretty much screwed everyone's plans for the night....quite disappointed
