Saw him get a shutout. On topic, it'll be fun to see what burrows can do back in a bit of a checking role. Maybe he can get help spread out the scoring a little if teams have to try and shut down three lines with the potential to put the puck in the net. If he's kept on the 3rd line with Bernier and Bolduc his numbers will drop off from what he got last season Bernier, Bolduc, and Burrows are all finishers and not playmakers. It'll be hard for Burr to hit the scoresheet every night like he did with the Sedins, but it will add some toughness and skill to the 3rd line for sure Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And he'll do great at that checking role chipping in the odd goal here and there. When Daniel comes back, it'll be interesting to see what happens because that line of Grabner-Kesler-Raymond is awesome, so you're probably not going to touch that line. The first and 3rd line will be interesting. Samuelsson is too good for the 3rd line, and if it's a toss up between Burrows and Samuelsson, I really hope to see a first line of Sedins with Samuelsson and Burrows with Wellwood and Bernier. Let's face it he wasn't the most talented player on the Sedin, Sedin, Burrows line and now that he's playing with Bernier and Bolduc do you really expect him to keep up the same scoring pace?
