Monty Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 As quite a few people have stated, my interest in the Sidney Crosby Saga is as low as it could be. Obviously we were all pretty excited the first go around, but this just doesn't seem right. And I should know, I'm an expert at knowing stuff. I just have this "expert" feeling that we may be seeing Sidney Crosby's last attempt (or two or three) at coming back before he finally calls it a career. Obviously nobody can know for sure, except me, but it appears as though if he should suffer another setback or another concussion, that the NHL would have seen the last from Crosby. Ṣpiderman Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 I personally don't give 2 craps about the Crosby injury saga, and haven't for the past 3-4 months. Its just so ridiculous! Yea, he's a great player, I respect him very much and like him, but for his return back, its just so stupid now. There's a rumour he might be back 1 month from now, ever day, there will be wasted talk on him on sports channels for like 5-10 minutes where we'd like to see the highlights, and its just so boring now. I remember it was all-star break, and Crosby and his agent try getting attention by having a press conference, that basically goes worldwide cause its so media pumped - why couldn't they just wait after the all-star break? Who knows.... I'm excited myself to see Crosby return, who wouldn't want to see the worlds best hockey player back on ice, but for all the talk and wasted time that goes into Crosby, forget it; I'm not taking any of it - too much time on him, and his return is far away (Obviously not talking about this) when they do talk. Vigneault's Stache Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 lmaooo he aint putting on the show he did vs the islanders , games going to be like 1-1 2-2 maybe lmao i still think its a dumb idea, and it could end his career coming back early he should just take the season and the summer off hes going to get another concussion , hes coming back during the run to the playoffs if i saw sidney crosby coming down my wing and im a dman in the playoffs , im taking him out.... im not softening up a hit just because his history or who he is , and i expect the same out of any canuck player/ nhl player i love the guy for what he did in the gold medal games , but for the sake of the sport and the freaking country please dont Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
