RyanKeslord17
Give the kid a break... Atleast he's not Radulov getting screwed the night before a game. Kane is nothing short of excellent on the ice, no matter how much of a prick he is off the ice. He's still a great player and I would want him on my team. iinteenseee
So what...they steal and smash all camerals pulled out in front of them? You'd think there would be some that got through the cracks even if they turned their backs etc. I think Kane probably parties a bit harder than most NHL'ers
thad
Kane's not a very big guy you would think someone would have beat the crap out of him if he choked a girl. I'm not saying he didn't do it, but have you ever seen a drunk idiot Hit or push a girl?.. Every guy in the area jumps him. I just find it hard to believe not one guy took a swing. As for the partying, it's a long season and is probably let loose at the end of it too. I know those parties would be a blast but in the future he should keep his offseason vacation a little more private. Rent a cabin somewhere and invite all his friends or go somewhere hockey isn't very big and he's not as well known.
cIutch
That partying is really gonna catch up to him. I love partying, especially if you're not a dick to everyone in the party. He might get laid by some really easy chicks but then again, anyone could in his position. Mark my words, 5 years from now, if he keeps this up, Patrick Kane will nothing more than an afterthought. What a total waste of talent.

Toews
I love how everyone can just jump to conclusions so easily. Funny how there is a mention of a video but there is none out there. Supposedly there are different accounts of the event but we still have no videos of the supposed choking. If this was a Canucks player, you guys would have all been willing to give him the benefit of the doubt but since its Kane, he must have done it. "Hey I heard Patrick Kane drowns kittens too"

"Hey I heard Patrick Kane drowns kittens too" Here's the thing - this is not the first incident involving PK and his track record comes into play, making this believable. I'm of the thinking innocent until proven guilty, but even the fact that things are swirling around like this means he's putting himself into the wrong situations. And, in consideration of his past behavior and promises to "mature and grow up", should start practicing what he's preaching. Sure, young guys do get wasted but it also gets talked about - plain and simple. But the average guy has little to worry about in that which isn't necessarily the case here. Those who say "jealous, just doing what young people do", etc. - the difference being that most young people don't have the opportunity that's being afforded to PK. He has made a great career for himself and this kind of behavior will lead to throwing it away because how you conduct yourself off the ice goes hand in hand on ice. He's a gifted player, but his alleged reckless behavior will start to catch up with him sooner or later. And most decent people don't make it a habit of assaulting others. The thing is that teammates will get tired of being associated with a jackass - we all know the guy who acts a fool at the party...entertaining at first but starts to get tiring. The person who said we wouldn't be talking like this about a Canuck player is wrong - I distinctly remember the SOB stuff circulating at the time. PK has put himself into this position and sure, some of this may be exaggerated but when you've beat up a cab driver in the past, it follows you around for awhile. Unfortunately, you're not immediately granted the benefit of the doubt as easily when there's a past history. Expect that people will talk. Baka
Despite the outrage by some keep in mind this is not a really reliable source. In fact it is very common for stories or overly specific parts of a story to be exaggerated if not made up. IMO it's also a little weird that a professional athlete who is basically announcing his presence chokes a girl with both hands and she doesn't try to press charges or sue him in any way. Philadelphia players have had party reputations also and one reoccuring them with them was numerous reports from random people claiming different stories about the players. Many of which were ultimately proven false or greatly stretched. For example rumors and stories involving current and former Flyers... - Jeff Carter slept with the wives of Scott Hartnell and Danny Briere (both recently divorced shortly after). - List of Flyers and former Flyers who allegedly banged pornstar Gina Lynn behind her husband's back: Jeff Carter, Mike Richards, Claude Giroux, Danny Briere (married), Zac Rinaldo, Ben Eager, Joffrey Lupul, Riley Cote (married), Scottie Upshall. - Richards and Carter don't buy drinks they go to bars and hang out around and take pictures with the people who fund there drinking. etc. Really despite the party rumors being the reason for Carter and Richards being moved you still see just as many pictures of Giroux, Hartnell, Briere, Talbot, Schenn, JVR, Simmonds, etc wasted with random various women. Kane as a reputation and some of probably true but I really don't put much stock into the random unreliable sources. A lot of the time it is exaggerated or made up. Kane is likely a douche but probably not as crazy as he is being portrayed.
Toews
Here is another situation where the player actually says the report is filled with inaccuracies. Again don't believe everything you read. http://www.tsn.ca/ca...tory/?id=395298
Legend Killer
He was all over some blonde girl when him, Getzlaf, and Benn were at that nightclub a few days ago. Well in the video it seemed like it anyways. I don't think he has a girlfriend anymore or he wouldn't be doing that...
