KamikazeWatermelon
http://www.cbc.ca/sports/story/2012/08/01/cbc-olympics-rights.html Well, looks like CBC has won the rights to air the 2014 and 2016 games over Bell Media/Rogers. How many channels would CBC use for the 2014/2016 games? I only remember them using one during Beijing.

Champions of Nothing
4:30 is the first medal possibility for Canada. I think Women's 200M Breast is our only other athlete competing for a medal, though in Women's doubles Badminton we can win in the semi's and guarantee a medal. UMB
What a story for Canada's women's doubles badminton team, they were originally 3rd in their group, knocked out and prevented from advancing out of the group stage to the quarterfinals, but then the chinese and korean teams that placed 1st/2nd in their group got disqualified, allowing the Canadians to advance past the quarterfinals, and they ended up winning their quarterfinal matchup allowing to advance to the semifinals. Canada now just needs to win one of their next two matches to win a medal.
Imuzi
Those morons who booed Suarez today really drove me up the wall. Funny how they boo him because they say he is a racist. You want to see racism in football? It's happening every time Suarez sets foot on the pitch and Suarez is the victim and the opposition crowd are the racists.
