Luongo is going to pull in less than this. When it happens most posters will think its awesome value because they can't see the truth (e.g. Kassian trade, Sundin signing (only when he was on the Canucks of course), Ballard deal, Park, Chouinard, etc.) but its the sad reality. I still would do Luongo for Lupul (if the deal was with Toronto) or for Versteeg and a draft pick (if the deal was with Florida, straight up. The draft pick the Canucks get in the deal is a wildcard, but otherwise there is no way they get better value that that. Link to comment
