I think there are only two solutions: 1) "key" rule, like basketball (do not want) 2) bigger nets Bigger nets would challenge goalies to rely on vision and reflexes more, rather than get in position with a wall of defenders collapsed in front of them. If you think there is a huge gap in international women's hockey now, imagine how much worse it would be if there was bodychecking added in.
