JohnScott Posted September 14, 2014 Share Posted September 14, 2014 Pisses me off every time I see ppl complaining about Horvats play this game, and I've been seeing a lot of it in the livestream chat on Youtube. Ppl are expecting him to be slicing through the defence and making amazing plays. He's simply not an offensive dynamo like that. He plays a strong 2-way game and I've seen multiple times when he uses his body to protect the puck, back-check, or kill valuable time on a PK (last game he had a great example of that). Him, Jensen and Shinkaruk have been playing pretty well this game so far and have had a couple nice passing plays. Very excited to see how he transitions his play to the NHL, and I'm confident he wont have too many problems doing so.
