Looking at comments from Africans on the CNN page about this topic. Yeah, "Moral advice" from people who hunt albinos as witches and demons and have genocide as their weekly schedule. More like 90% of the world is like this.. backwards and corrupt. So to speak It will take a lot of time/effort/resources/etc... for an even playing field... I hope you're celebrating with me then when the US Courts can the rest of state restrictions on recognizing other state laws on guns and carry licenses that are not even remotely as restrictive.
