Not sure Hamhuis has to be willing to waive to all of these teams, JB should still be able to take all the offers and use them to up the price on Hamhuis, then he can just ask him where he is willing to go and take the best offer from the places he says yes to. JB doesn't have to tell the other GMs anything about which teams Hamhuis will waive for, so its really a non-factor in negotiation standpoint outside of actually executing the deal. Oh yeah, I remember, but once a team sees improvement/success, it's hard to go back to a rebuild mode where you're selling off assets and stockpiling picks.
