Vader already addressed that in Episode IV. Still think Goku wins, simply because he's died several times & kept on coming back. His midichlorean count wouldn't even register on a power level scouter ( if that's even compatible) Besides, if Goku has the DragonBalls he could just wish Yoda out of existence.
