Edit: On the condition that he knows he will be traded and agrees with the location of the trade. Because I can’t. There’s been a couple involving RFA’s. But not this close to free agency (as far as I can recall). It just doesn’t seem very realistic. There is no reason for the other team to have Vancouver negotiate the contract of a pending free agent. LA Kings are rebuilding and have no need for Edler.
