We drafted him 93rd, Ottawa in the NHL drafted him 47th, I believe it was. He has a motor that won't quit and a drive to make a difference. Exciting Player in an exciting time. Alex Formenton is among the 'class' of player we value highly: home drafted, home grown, home team favourites. Denis Gurianov, Shane Pinto, Jason Robertson, Logan Brown, Topi Niemela, Matthew Robertson, just a handful of players we picked, ripened and intend to be our primary weapons going forward. Ian Scott has a share in that prized demographic as well, however injury and surgery have delayed his emergence for the near term. We still believe Ian Scott has what it takes to be a long term tendie in the best leagues on earth.
