Like I've mentioned before ppl don't value good bottom 6 players enough. What would overpaying Motte amount to as opposed to overpaying a top 6? An extra 500k? Can't win without guys like that. He just quietly goes about his business out there, doing whatever is asked of him at full throttle. I'd hate to lose this guy. I heard a dumb argument on 650 today about how we, as fans, invest too much in players like this and that they're somehow easily replaceable. I beg to differ. Happy birthday, Motter.
