hmm similar stats wise for sure, but why are we comparing boeser to kessel specifically?

because they're both RW?

i feel like kessel, at least when he was younger, was a more fluid skater than boeser and is perhaps why his play when you watch it on the ice, was a little more dynamic than boeser's.

I know there's all those fat jokes about him but Kessel could move on the ice.

He even won the fastest skating competition before in the all star skills comp too (although I don't know how much stock you can put into that).

and as we all know, the big complaint on boeser is his skating..

definitely an interesting comparison but i think they have different qualities as players (like their movement) and ultimately it could be those small intangibles that draw out how their careers will end up.

Ultimately, Kessel stays healthy, Boeser does not.

Who knew the hot dog diet was the way to be the iron man. Lol!  Kidding aside, Kessel was very much maligned like Boeser is now.  Let's just hope that Boeser stays healthy and keeps contributing to the team.

Much like a hotdog Kessel is wrapped in a protective casing. That’s his secret.

If i see stillman, pearson and studnika in the lineup for the next game i'm going to lose it.

studz was fine in relief but lazar is better and aman and joshua have earned it. Dries has contributed a lot more than pearson too. Stillman..yeah not this year.

All we have to do is ride the current lineup, let them build confidence and chemistry and we'll really get back into the mix. Zero point in bringing anyone back to mess it up. We were not good with any of them before, we'll just regress and lose our way.

He’s the hero vancouver deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll bury him in Abbotsford. Because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight. Our tankmaster general.

If you're 25-30, and your main circle isn't frequently discussing:

~ Loui Eriksson
~ Riley “tankmaster general” stillman
~ How dangerous triscuits are to Brent Sopel’s health
~ Jayce Hawryluk (our lord and saviour)

And is instead discussing:

~ The economy
~ Phil Kessel/Brock Boeser

Then it's time to elevate your circle
