DownUndaCanuck Posted January 25, 2013 Share Posted January 25, 2013 So Mike Smith looks like he'll be injured for a while and Labarbara has been lit up of late, Phoenix needs a goalie. Roberto Luongo and Schroeder for Antoine Vermette and Korpikoski We get two 40 point players, a great centerman who can fill in for Kesler and play the 3rd line center spot comfortably while providing solid defence and physical play during the playoffs. Korpikoski has nice size and will fit in well with the new generation of Canucks (Kassian, Hansen, Jensen, Gaunce etc.) Phoenix get an all-star goalie and a replacement for Vermette, plus Schroeder would fit nicely with the younger guys in Phoenix (OEL, Boedker, Yandle etc.).
