Who knows he could start on fire but it will be interesting to see where he lines up at W or C and who they try to "insulate" him with. Just went back and looked. Highest i could find was Crosby back in 2006 when he scores 8-8-–16 in only 9 games. Thats better than gretzky did as a 21 year old... other notables include patrick kane who had 10 points in 7 games, steven stamkos who had 11 points in 9 games, and Laine who had 12 points in 10 games as an 18 year old (matthews had 9 points in 10 that year). Last years highest scoring u-20 was sebastion aho with 11 points in 10. Im expecting probably .80 to 1.00 ppg from pettersson this year. Too high?
