bishopshodan
Just watching the live footage. At the front of the mob there is a bunch of guys with what look like those long canes for the visually impaired. We got some blind gun owners walking around now?! haha, can't be ...but really what are those long sticks for? Randomly I was looking at some photography of Joshua Tree park yesterday thinking how I’d like go see it and take my kids along. How I used to go across the border all the time growing up. but that country is not for me anymore. Off topic I was at Joshua Tree park a couple weeks ago. Stunning landscape and rocks to climb up on and explore. Worth checking out.

Any tips for travel around there? I stayed in Palm Springs, so less than an hour drive from the park. I have a friend in PS so he was part of the reason I went there. Lots of free pools and stuff to check out as they try to attract rich tourists. The drive down the coast from Anahiem-Newport-Laguna Beach-San Diego is a fantastic commute with views the whole way.

Warhippy
Protest concluded peacefully. Tickets and violations handed out a plenty but no violence to speak of. The arrest of the 7 members accused of planning attacks is still under investigation but 5 of them are still in jail and not to be released pending trial Edited January 20, 2020 by Warhippy
