I think this is more of a question of "do you like Hall or not" since anyone who doesn't mind Hall is saying Hall and anyone who doesn't like Hall is saying Toffoli. lol
If it were short term, probably Hall. But this is probably his last big contract unless he wants to gamble on the cap rising over the next two years, so I doubt he's looking for a shorter deal.
