    Yeah the clowns at Sportsnet have their noses so far up Toronto’s butt it’s amazing! Giving the Canucks a grade of D+ just goes to show that they really have absolutely no clue... Can’t wait to see them all backtracking come February/March with comments like ‘I always liked what the Canucks were doing and GM Jim Benning really made some smart moves last summer this team may have surprised a lot of people but not me...’

    Have to agree, I am wondering whether JB learned from his mistakes or if he just had a smarter supporting cast, I am amazed at what he has accomplished in the last week (along with resigning Ian Clarke & bringing in Shaw) and think this team is going to be way better! Hats off to a job well done Jim! Now let’s get the last 4 RFAs signed...

    This is a great signing for the Canucks (if it’s true) he was very good when he played here and he has been very good in Tampa. Seems like he figured out what his strengths and weaknesses are and plays the way he needs to be effective without trying to do too much.
