      Why are people at all excited to watch NBA playoffs anymore? It's the same thing year after year. I don't see the appeal in it at all. At least with the NHL there is some variety.

      2 power house teams..that have built a rivalry over the last two seasons. 

       

      Pens-Preds don't have much of a rivalry and Rinne is choking.

  4. A lot of weight fluctuation this month but an average of 4.2lb loss for the month of May. Probably try harder to avoid drinking any alcohol and increase cardio for June!

  10. Kell Brooks biggest mistake..fighting GGG. Great tilt vs Spence but unfortunately that broken orbital bone from GGG cost him this fight. Also great to see Spence do well against better competition..possible unification bout vs Thurman next.
  11. Gainzzzzz bro..GAINZZZ! It's prob not a big deal, weight fluctuates a lot. Just keep doin what you are and if you still keep gaining weight your prob in a calorie surplus. Then you can increase cardio or decrease calories.

  13. IF worked wonders for a friend of mine; I couldn't handle it, had a rough time with it. Flexible dieting tends to work better for myself. High to low carb as day progresses, may try carb cycling later on.
  14. Can try adding more fiber in your diet. 14g roughly per 1000cals. Should help the bowel movement, just don't over do it.
  15. Can always try the trap bar if your gym has one. Easier on the back and can generally lift a little more. Flip it over and you got a deficit deadlift if ya want. For now just try icing/heating your back till it feels better.

  20. Even dexa scan results have been questionable, whole point is to track progress. Macros aren't hard to track if you have a smartphone. Do they have to match 100% everyday? No.
  21. From what ive read fat should be 20-25% min for macros. Due to mood, hormones etc.
  22. My current macros are at 40/40/20 (somedays 25ish) All you can really do is experiment what works best for your body. I like my carbs and protein high on a caloric deficit helps me stau full, maintain strength and energy for workouts. For bf% I just use the navy method, prob one the more simple ones and just use the same method throughout to see if I'm actually dropping. Another tool ive been using to keep track.
