    Interesting observation: HFboards seems to think Hughes was elite and by far the best player tonight. CDC seems to have very mixed opinions about Hughes tonight.

    A year of grad school at UBC costs less than a year of undergrad at state school my alma mater…this, including that I'd likely pay UBC at a higher rate as an international student :wacko:

      odd, when I was accepted to another grad program at Toronto, I was going to have to pay 60k+ in tuition, fees, and living costs for two years (30/per).

       

      8200 is almost what local students pay at UVIC when i did a grad program there. it may even be cheaper. but i guess all the on-campus work and grants and stuff are where you make your money back. either way, that sounds absurdly low

    And now people will see the value of Sbisa. This is exactly why we can't just trade away all of our depth players. With no Tanev and no Edler, Sbisa and Stecher will have to be top notch.

      yes, now we can coast into the middle of the league and maybe if we're lucky get a first round elimination in the playoffs so corporate can have money. this is why you don't trade depth. mediocre is something to be!

    Can we please have hockey soon?  We're all getting feisty and angry with each other.  We need to just gel with teams of athletes shooting pucks at each other and hitting each other with sticks

      my room is new york themed, and i'm older than you. it's pretty authentic: there's a faint smell of pee, chunks of bagel scattered, and there's a few pigeons in here, too.
