@framingdragon 99% isolate protein with 5g of amino acids. There will be control group with muscle tissue at rest for past 21 days [excludes daily muscle use such as for walking around, day to day activities], and 2 experiment groups [strictly aerobic exercise with zero resistance training, and a group with no cardiovascular training, more anaerobic resistance training]
