    Cant remember what was Edmonton offer for corey schneider before the draft?

      It was Sam Gagner + 7th Overall pick (Which I think turned into Nurse).

      So since Gagner is irrelevant, I'd rather Schneider in the East. Good on MG for not taking EDM offer.

      I believe it was a prospect, a 1st and a 2nd. I get that Gillis didn't want to trade with a division rival, but that's a deal he should've made, since we still could've drafted Horvat as well as gotten a couple extra prospects.

      @Pears That was what Gillis wanted from Edmonton, not what they offered. Edmonton offered 7th + Sam Gagner
