The health canada run by the government is a complete joke,look at the legal cannabis problem alone(nobody can get any to help with their problems like PAIN ) and it is obvious it is run by corporations and the helping of people is not conducive to their profit margins.

It seems like some people at the top either are doing a terrible job or they just don't care.

Hospital security routinely assaults patients. And then everyone covers for them. It is disgusting.

The peasants tolerate these inadequacies and inefficiencies, why would government ever care to improve it much beyond what you are presented with now?

When have you ever really cared about something that wasn't your problem? Not often, and possibly never. Unless you make it a problem for them they're not going to give a $&!#
