  1. That's some horrible timing for Peyton Krebs. Tough blow! I guess we can cross one off from the list of possible choices for the Canucks in the 1st round.

      Or it allows a better player to fall to 10? Do players typically fully recover from achilles tendon injuries?

      I wasn't super interested in Krebs anyways, but if were to be picked ahead of 10, it would have allowed for another player like a Zegras or Boldy to drop to our spot. Now that won't happen.

      Can't disagree more. He's going to an extended interview with the Canucks, he had surgery yesterday, he's going to the interview in a walking boot. That should speak volumes of his character.

      Yes, it typically takes 6 months to heal up properly. It was addressed quickly and surgery was successful so he should return to normal.

       

      Krebs will be a fantastic top 6 forward, leadership qualities, high-end skill and best character in the draft.
