  1. Fentanyl is a major problem in BC and beyond. Prince's overdose, while terrible, should bring high profile coverage to a ridiculous problem. Both Fentanyl and W-18 are insanely potent and have no business being used outside of the most dire needs regarding pain management.

      Agree with Manbeast.  While I'm certain that organized crime would still continue to exist in the drug trade (there would still be a market for cheaper/less regulated drugs), the fact of the matter is legalization would save lives.

      Organized crime will just move to other areas. The other problem is even if it's legalized. If Joe Schmo makes a certain drug, what's to stop organized crime from protection money? I wonder about that with all the Dispensaries that have opened up, where the money's going?

      But that could be the same for making anything.  I don't see a huge outcry over protection money for snowmobiles...
