    I hope the NHL raises the compensation guidelines for next year. At this rate with players salaries going up, the compensation is going to be 4 first rounders for even a Dubnyk type RFA offer sheet.

      Been watching the whole playoffs and am enjoying Carter, Doughty, and Williams. Not a NYR fan but if they do win it would be cool to see Marty/AV win. I always pick sides in the playoffs but in the end I just cant wait to cheer for the Canucks again..

      you could always complain to consumer protection BC too. not exactly sure what they could get you though.

      it's pretty lame to stick with Telus even after this unless if you could get an amazing deal like 20 dollars a month for a year or something lol.

      If you accepted the phone and have been using it then you have already agreed in principle to the contract. They can't nail you on the fine print stuff if you didn't sign, but the basics like paying monthly, term length, fees for cancelling will all still apply.

      You can't argue you didn't want the contract if you took the phone and the service, you will get torn apart in court.

      This is why contracts must have consideration on both sides, that way you can determine someone's willingness to engage in the deal by whether or not they accepted the consideration.

      In this case, the consideration for you is the phone and plan, if you accept those, under the law you have accepted the deal.
