  1. I don't know man don't you get tired of the taste? I drink whole milk right now so that is why it is only 3-4 glasses plus it is heavy. I like to add chocolate syrup though for a different taste. Plain milk is not my thing. Chocolate milk I can drink maybe 5-6 glasses. When you are drinking that much though it has to be low fat. For me pretty much it doesn't matter yet.
  2. What's wrong with the special teams? Neither guy Brown or Williams are creating on their own on returns and instead just following up the blockers backs. They need to have vision and set up their own lanes and lead where they want the blockers to go not the other way around. I still think they need to get Williams back in there and tell him to forget about blocking and just hit the return with full speed and get to the outside and let his blockers clear the way to cut back if necessary. Williams can hit the home run but right now he is over thinking it. Brown can hit some solid doubles but he is not a home run threat. Either way the special teams needs to get it figured out because as of now they are dead last in the league in both kickoff and punt return yards. It's actually amazing how good the offence has operated with poor starting field position to work with most of the time. Lulay has done a good job putting long drives together. Other than that the d seems to coming together. Secondary is holding up and d-line is starting to get pressure just need to finish to get sacks. Also safety has been good so far by Larose to not get burned deep unlike Muamba last year.

  3. Ok so 3000 calories it is. Gonna be eating a lot of carbs, eggs, salmon and also drinking 4 glasses of whole milk a day!!!
  4. What exactly would be considered enough for my 170 pounds? Should I focus more on protein carbs and fat as the majority of my diet and the rest be like only 10%. Yeah I am a little hesitant to use supplements yet because I hear that you can get digestive problems and Creatine can be hard on the kidneys and liver. Are their any other natural supplements that are effective next to WHEY?
  5. For supplements my main question is can you get enough protein without them? Which are the best ones to go with that are the easiest to digest and don't have side effects? I know my cousin and many people seem to like the Whey Protein powder because I hear it is natural. Anybody tried Creatine?
  6. It helps when you notice gains and improvement. The main thing is I am not going to do this for the short term. I'm trying to form good eating habits which continue to evolve and build a foundation. First thing gotta start packing that weight on and fill out my frame. Wow 7-10 glasses of milk is a ton if that is regular whole milk 3% I think? That is pretty high in Saturated and Trans fat too. How do you not feel bloated? I used to drink 3 glasses of milk a day then I stopped thinking I didn't really need it anymore for some reason along with my terrible diet and sleeping habits.. Now I'm back to drinking 3 or 4 glasses a day. I like drinking the Chocolate Milk 2 Go ones when I can get them. They have added vitamins A and D plus it's like 260 calories per bottle almost double regular milk and has like 12 g of protein per bottle or something. I usually drink it after exercising. On the whole stretch marks thing Vitamin E usually helps. Maybe a Vitamin E cream and start eating more foods with Vitamin E like seeds, almonds, nuts etc. Best bet is probably get a cream that is enriched in Vitamin E and try applying that if you don't already. I know women use it after their pregnancy to try to fade the stretch marks. You could always ask a doctor for a refferal to see a dermatologist if it is severe.
  7. My cousin has the same problem. I have stretch marks on my legs though which I don't really get because I wasn't rapidly fat or skinny.
  8. Thanks guys both very helpful. I think I am going to concentrate on getting my weight up and putting on more muscle and then if I start getting a little fat I can cut back later to start doing workouts for lean muscle and abs and eating more clean and stict. My main thing is I know I don't eat enough right now so I just have to get in the habit of eating more and eating often. I definitely can't all of a sudden though start eating 3000 calories since right now I probably eat only a little more than 1500. Maybe start by eating 500 more each week and see how it goes. Really it's a long process I guess and a total lifestyle commitment.
  9. Just a question for any of you guys. Do any of you guys have a six pack? If so how long did it take you to get it and what are the best exercises? I have around a 12% body fat percentage wondering if that is good enough to start exercising to see some abs.. if not my other goal is to just bulk up and put on size. I realize I can't do both at the same time. Do you guys think gaining 5 pounds of just mass is realistic in a month if I eat like 3000 calories a day and exercise? The reason I say that is because I'm about 6 foot 1 but I weigh only 170 pounds. So I am underweight.
  10. Who are these 4chan douche bags? Don't they have anything better to do?
  11. Anyone know if it is worth it so sign up for a TD Bank account so that you can get the Samsung galaxy 7 inch tab? Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through and the tab doesn't seem all that great.

    1. Where's Wellwood

      Where's Wellwood

I would have done it already but you have to be 19.

  12. Gillis sure wasn't kidding the biggest part of the "reset" is changing the coach with the core staying the same and hoping to integrate 1 or 2 young players in the lineup.

I'll laugh if Luo refuses to play and wants out, won't blame him either.

^ Wonder if he demands a buyout and refuses to report until they do so.

    4. Go Faulk Yourself

      Go Faulk Yourself

I doubt he will, honestly, but the media and fans are already ragging on him for even considering it. You sure he wants to come back if he can't even have a week to cool off?

  13. Why not? You have something against a bespectacled one?
  14. What I meant was weight instead of mass. I'm considerably underweight for my size and frame. I don't see what if any results I can get starting to workout now with weights before even having a decent frame to work with. Plus I don't want to hurt myself lifting heavy weights yet so that is why I want to start with only body weight exercises to build up my strength slowly and then advance to more intense workouts.
  15. I just want to bulk up over the summer and put on 10 pounds if I could. I'm 160 pounds but I'm about 6 foot 1. The thing is my lower body is bigger than my upper body. My quads are pretty big from playing a lot of ice hockey over the years. But I'm struggling putting on mass. Don't really want to workout with weights yet till I put more mass on. Would doing some body weight exercises be a good way to stimulate my metabolism? And are those meal replacement drinks good to have? Thanks.
  16. Jonathan Cheechoo should the Canucks sign him?

^ He is trying to make a comeback and has played in the minors the last 3 years.

  17. Vote 4 Bobrovsky #NHL 14 Cover Vote!!

  18. He has experience in the East too from his time in Philly. Obviously there are two different games being played in the East and West so hopefully next year by mixing both conferences the West will benefit with more wide open hockey like the East.
  19. Not really. The record was the same when Laviolette took over. He has experience under a lot of coaches and is familar with the western conference. That should give up a leg up on the competition. Richards and Carter have thrived being coached by him just like they did in Philly. I think he could do the same with Kesler. Plus he has learned a lot over the years from working in Philly even if he wasn't successful.
  20. I like John Stevens for the position. He has coached in a tough hockey market in Philly and is good with young players. Plus he has experience in both the Eastern and Western Conference. He seems to have the personality to handle the Vancouver media.
