It all started out so well, and then.... more of the same.

Sedins each a - 2, top defensemen -2, and goaltending that can't help cover up the team in front.

It's time for AV to get his head out of his 'u know what', and start Schneider. There is a reason Schneiders stats are in the top of the league. Time to use him. Phx has like 6 regulars out of the lineup includ. their top scorer, they're not supposed to keep pace with a healthy Canucks team.

Really liked the 3rd/4th lines :)

Phoenix's 1st goal was the result of a garbage play by Luongo. He pops the rebound right up the slot instead of attempting to absorb the shot.

You can tell when Lou is playing crappy, he usually gives out piss poor rebounds on low percentage plays.

I don't get this guy, really. From November - February he is solid and makes consistent stops when the D breaks down, and now he can't seem to make any timely saves. He needs to ride some pine for awhile.

First period Summary:

Looks like our Second and Third line are killer. Fourth line is looking pretty solid as usual, even with Weise taking Manny's spot. First line not looking up to their potential, and Raymond looks even more out of place there. His missed breakaway was brutal. Puck was RIGHT on his tape and he lost it.

Powerplay problems maybe fixed, Obviously the first line clicked well and produced the first time. No goal the second time, but both units were looking pretty good.

Not at all sure what AV is thinking with these Defensive pairings. Bieksa and Hamhuis work together so well, one offensive, one defensive. Same thing with Edler and Salo. And AV even admitted recently that Tanev and Gragnani are awesome together. His d-unit shuffling is puzzling me.

Lu threw out a few awful rebounds which lead to our first goal against, and failed to cover up the second one because he was lying on his back awkwardly and couldn't get his glove on it. Not sure what happened there. He's still not looking that great, definitely not back up to snuff.

All about protecting Lous ego I guess.

3-2 yotes with lou losing his stick 5 times,,on his face for 1 goal and 2 goals in 5 minutes

^^^^ well this could be true it seems so far

A negative (sedins) x a negative (mayray) = a positive.

MayRay x 2

Dank x 1

Kes x 1

Burr x 1

Booth x 1

6-2 victory for the boys

GO CANUCKS GO!
