Sign Weber for 8Million Contract.

Trade Ballard +Ryan Parent+ picks/kassian for Jakub Voracek rights

Sign Voracek to a 4-5Million deal

Sign a bunch of players on our Ufa/Rfa for backup.

You don't sign a player then trade him right away... It's stupid.

Why the heck would Nashville do the Weber trade, a plug + defenceman + a late first rounder won't even be close to the asking price..
