Justdean10
I was just noticing that the draft year of 2003 was a pretty good year, as most players first round went on to at least do something in the NHL So I'm just wondering, if the draft would to be re-done with knowing what the players would turn into, which order do you think they would have gone in? Do you think Ryan Kesler still would go 23rd or earlier or later. I'm just bored and thought it would be interesting to see. http://canucks.nhl.com/club/draftstats.htm?round=1&year=2003 later drafties that I thought might be higher Loui Erikson Patrice Bergeron Matt Carle Shea Weber Maxim Lapierre ( I know he wouldnt be in the top but I love Lappy) David Backes Jimmy Howard Dustin Byfuglien Brian Elliott My top 10 Eric Staal Shea Weber Zach Parise Jimmy Howard Ryan Getzlaf Ryan Suter Correy Perry Patrice Bergeron Brent Seabrook Thomas Vanek

elvis15
This might be better suited for General Hockey than Canucks Talk. Just a suggestion since it's not specific to our team or players.

Shaunio
I think I have them written down here somewhere, let me have a look... C'mon man, that's what the internet is for, it'd take all of 5 seconds to go to Google and find the wiki page for all the draft years.

Master Mind
If there was a redraft, where every team knows how every player will turn out, you can bet Columbus will still screw it up.

Smashian Kassian
I didn't think about it that much so there might be some mistakes or something, I just kinda put them down and this is what I came up with: 1. Shea Weber 2. Eric Staal 3. Zach Parise 4. Marc-Andre Fluery 5. Corey Perry 6. Jimmy Howard 7. Brent Seabrook 8. Ryan Getzlaf 9. Ryan Suter 10. Tomas Vanek 11. Ryan Kesler 12. Dion Phaneuf 13. Patrice Bergeron 14. Mike Richards 15. Dustin Brown 16. Dustin Byfuglien 17. Brent Burns 18. Jeff Carter 19. Loui Eriksson 20. Nathan Horton 21. David Backes 22. Milan Michalek 23. Joe Pavelski 24. Matt Moulson 25. Braydon Coburn 26. Tobias Enstrom 27. Nikolai Zherdev 28. Matt Carle 29. Brian Elliot 30. Clarke McArthur
