If the Chiefs have this mentality come Sunday vs the 49ers they will come out on top. Huge pressure on both Andy Reid and Kyle Shanahan if they end up abandoning what got then here. Interested to see how they will manage those pressure situations. Both have a reputation for dropping the ball so to speak either with clock management, play selection and becoming more conservative as the game wears on. DonLever Posted February 2, 2020 Share Posted February 2, 2020 Kansas City should win over SF because of one reason: Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes can beat you running or passing. He makes big plays look easy. Of course, defence wins games and KC is no slouch in this area either. Remember the AFC title game shut down the Titans game. In the NFC title game SF beat GB by using the running game where Jimmy G. threw only 8 passes. With the running game stopped, Jimmy G. will have to pass more.
