How much better and more satisfying it is to make fun of things we don't understand when we are filled with hate. It just needs to be ridiculed by someone who finds it is easier to hate then love.

Accepting a faith based claim. Well, that's good. The creator of the universe, genius of mathematics, biology and physics, needs to do a better job of advertising himself. If god was real, you wouldn't need faith to believe it because it would be consistent with all evidence and demonstrably true. Instead what we see is the exact opposite of that. Apparently the dick lies outside of time and space so you can never definitively say one way or another. But that certainly applicable to each and every holy text on the face of the planet. You wouldn't need faith to believe in their stories because..

I don't believe in any religion. Just making a statement. Kind of a cosmological oneness. But if the lights go out and stay out, weelll then eveythings moot at that point. Would love to do a live chat about this subject, but it would drive the mods bonkers trying to keep the peace. LOL

Is that really true? No one can really know for sure.

I believe God is merciful and it's really up to Him.

That is, whether you believe in Him or not has no bearing on whether you go to hell or not.

A lot of Christians believe no one is going to hell - that hell is reserved for "fallen angels" only....

John 14:6 - Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Romans 10:13 - For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Acts 2:21 - And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Mark 16:16 - He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. (This one seems pretty clear...)
